  1. What virus protection should I use?
Windows comes with built in protection which I recommend Its free and does just as good a job if not better then any of the other free virus protections and most paid protection out there.  if you still feel the need for something more, I suggest ESET and or Super Anti Spyware.
  2.  How should I back up my personal data, so I won't lose anything if my computer crashes?
The best and most assured way to make sure you don't loose your memories and important documents is to store them in the cloud. There are a few choices: One Drive, Drop Box, Google Drive, or Amazon Drive. For local storage use an external drive or a second drive in your PC for data storage
  3. Do you work on cell phones? Unfortunately, I do not, sorry.
  4. Do you buy any used computers or computer parts? Sorry no
  5. What do you charge for diagnoses? $50-$100 depending on what needs to be checked, but that's only if after diagnoses you decide not to go with the needed repairs, but if you go with the repairs needed that fee gets cut in half.
  6. Do you do data recovery? yes, I do I have a couple software programs designed to recover lost data, but if your drive is mechanically bad I can't retrieve any data
  7. Should I use any automatic driver update or performance enhancing software? No. If you use those you're asking for trouble, Windows updates take care of most of it.
